1. Overview: This machine is a combination granulator that is modified by adding an inner core for stirring teeth granulation on the basis of rotary drum granulation. It is suitable for high output organic fertilizer granulation and is better matched with disc granulation for high nitrogen content products such as organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.

3、 Main principle:The main working method is wet granulation of granules, which uses a certain amount of water or steam to fully react the basic fertilizer after being humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, the rotating motion of the cylinder and the internal stirring core are used to generate squeezing force between the material particles and aggregate them into balls. The barrel of the machine is lined with special rubber plates or acid resistant stainless steel plates to reduce internal adhesion.
